Welcome to ENRICH ME. Below are our terms and conditions, designed to ensure a safe and beneficial experience for all participants.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent for all individuals added to your ‘CLASS CARD’ account to become members of ENRICH ME, managed by COGNITA ENRICH ME Sports Training LLC and COGNITA ENRICH ME Fine Arts LLC. You authorise those registered to participate in activities and events organised by ENRICH ME.
Operating Terms
- All paid ECA Activities are booked through the Class Card booking system, registration, and payment for ENRICH ME and 3rd party activities must be completed via Class Card at the start of the term.
- All third-party clubs are managed by ENRICH ME and follow their operating procedures.
- Payment must be made before participating in any activity.
- Activities are booked for a full term, not on an ad hoc basis.
- ENRICH ME activities operate for COGNITA students only, with some programmes
running during holidays. - Make-up lessons (excluding Music 1 to 1 sessions and swimming) are only provided
if ENRICH ME, or partner clubs cancel a session, not for holidays, short-term sickness, or other absences. For Music 1 to 1 sessions and swimming, two make up sessions per term can be availed, the make up lessons will be scheduled by the music tutor /swim team, to fit their schedule. - We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee for our ENRICH ME courses ( this does not apply to our 3rd party providers). To be eligible for a refund, students must attend at least the first two sessions. If, after attending these sessions, students decide not to continue, we will refund the remaining balance for the term. Please note: If parents or students change their minds and choose not to continue with a class after booking it, and have not attended the 2 classes, no refund will be issued. Instead, a credit will be applied to the account for future use.
- In cases of prolonged sickness or injury, a valid medical certificate is required for a refund or credit note.
- Parents must notify ENRICH ME or the third-party provider of any absences. No refunds or additional sessions will be provided for absences, except for Music 1-to- 1 lessons and swimming which permit two make-up sessions per term.
- In an unplanned school closure (e.g., due to rain days or unexpected holidays), refunds or make-up sessions will not be provided.
- Specific School rules should be noted and adhered to.
Fees and Credit Notes
- Fee adjustments may occur if a student changes levels or programmes during the term.
Physical Fitness
- Participants must be physically fit and medically insured for the activity.
Training Guidance
- Physical guidance may be provided by instructors according to school and National Governing Body guidelines.
Photography
- Spectators are not permitted to take photographs or videos during sessions.
- ENRICH ME may take photographs/videos for coaching and feedback. Participation in events grants permission for promotional use of these images.
Student Behaviour
- Appropriate behaviour is expected. Disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from the programme, with a refund for the remaining weeks if necessary.
Parental Responsibilities
- Ensure timely collection of your child from sessions. Late collection on two consecutive occasions will result in removal from the programme.
- Parents should engage in their child’s progress and the programme through meetings, volunteering, or feedback sessions.
- Reasonable behaviour by parents is expected. Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or removal from the programme without a refund.
Lost or Stolen Items
- ENRICH ME is not responsible for loss or damage to individual property, even if left in provided lockers.
Feedback
- Contact the ENRICH ME Experience Manager for feedback or concerns. Responses will be provided within 24 hours of the school working day.
Emergency Procedures
- Parents should ensure their emergency contact information is up to date.
Data Protection and Privacy
- Personal information will be used and protected in accordance with our data protection policy.
Consent for Medical Treatment
- By agreeing to these terms, you consent to emergency medical treatment for your child if necessary, during activities.
Health Safety Measures
- ENRICH ME adheres to health and safety protocols, including measures for illnesses such as COVID-19. Participants must follow these protocols to ensure safety for all.
Inclusion and Non-Discrimination Policy
- ENRICH ME is committed to providing an inclusive environment free from discrimination. All students are welcome and supported.
General Information
- Students must bring their own water bottles (no water bottles are provided)
- Avoid eating 30 minutes before sports sessions.
- Changing is allowed only in designated areas.
- Appropriate attire respecting local culture is required.
- Jewellery must be removed before activities.
- Entry to classes is only permitted when the teacher or coach is present.
- Students must follow ENRICH ME staff instructions.
- Sick or unwell children should not attend activities.
Accident Waiver and Release of Liability
- Participation in ENRICH ME activities involves inherent risks. By agreeing to these terms, you accept responsibility for any personal injury and release ENRICH ME and associated parties from liability.
- This waiver is the sole agreement regarding participation in ENRICH ME activities.
