Over the past 18 months, I have had the opportunity to work with two companies. My first role was with ESM, where I worked for six months across several schools, including GEMS International School, Wellington Academy Al Khail, GEMS New Millennium School, Wellington International School, and others.

Following this, I joined Infinite Sports, where I spent over a year working with schools such as RPS, RGS, HES, HIS, Repton, and many more.

These experiences have allowed me to develop a strong understanding of sports facility management and operations.

Interests and Aspirations

I am keen to expand my knowledge in compliance and health and safety, as I believe these areas are critical for creating safe and efficient environments. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and have a strong interest in programming and artificial intelligence. My goal is to combine these technical skills with a deeper understanding of compliance to enhance my professional capabilities.

In my free time, I enjoy watching cricket and basketball, playing video games, and following Formula 1.

My life philosophy is that being true to oneself is a virtue. A candid heart and authenticity guide the way I work and interact with others. Respect, care, and hospitality are qualities I strive to embody in both my personal and professional life.

I have gained significant experience over the years, which has shaped who I am today. My passion for sports drives my career, and I consider myself an agile and enthusiastic professional who embraces challenges with positivity. I enjoy staying active and am proud of my ability to excel in sports and physical activities, both for fun and professionally.

My name is Sukhwinder Singh, and I am a Sports Facility Supervisor with a background in sports events and ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities) supervision in international schools.

I bring over 13 years of experience in international school security management and sports facility supervision. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Punjab University, Chandigarh (India). My role focuses on supervising school ECAs, academy sessions, and adult activities. I am committed to continuous learning and personal and professional development, always seeking new opportunities to grow and improve.

As a dedicated sports management professional, I bring years of experience in facility operations, event coordination, and logistics planning. At Cognita Enrich Me, I ensure our sports facilities run seamlessly, from scheduling and managing bookings to overseeing event execution. Having worked with top academies and sports organizations in Dubai and India, I have successfully coordinated international tournaments, managed multi-sport venues, and streamlined operations to enhance the athlete and coach experience.

My expertise lies in project management, client relations, and venue optimization, ensuring that every event and training session runs smoothly. I thrive in dynamic environments, collaborating with teams to create well-organized and engaging sports programs.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about football, adventure sports, and staying up-to-date with the latest in sports management and development. Trekking, playing football and traveling are activities that I believe add to life exposure, which I enjoy embracing.
